Are you a Carer?

A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, addiction or a mental health problem cannot cope without their support.

Anyone can become a carer and carers come from all walks of life, all cultures and can be of any age.

If you are a carer then you need to look after yourself as well. There are organisations available to help and support. They all work with each other to provide the best support for you.
