We are pleased to announce that a new online system for contacting the practice will be coming on stream during early May. This new system is called PATCHS and will be accessible via our practice website.

The new system allows you to make a Clinical Request (for new/existing conditions, your medication for example) and an Admin Request for all other matters (such as Fit notes, change to your details and so on). Please note that the availability of the Clinical Request forms will be limited by our capacity to provide safe care. If the forms are unavailable then you may need to contact the practice by telephone.
PATCHS asks patients to register with their system on first use which makes it easier for you in the future and will also help us here at the practice as we will be able to link your PATCHS registration to your medical record therefore recording the information you provide and what we ask from you directly into your record.
Until PATCHS goes live in early May please access the surgery for the following items as described below:

For a repeat prescription request please use the alternative online service – SystmOnline if you have access. Or you can contact the prescription line (between 10:00 and 13:00)
To register for online service please download and use the NHS App. Or pop into the surgery.
To request a MED3 certificate (sick/fit note) please call the practice and make the request.
For contraceptive pill reviews please obtain a form from reception.
