Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Where possible, the NHS 111 team will book an appointment or transfer the caller directly to the appropriate people to speak to. If NHS 111 advisers think an ambulance is needed, they will arrange for one to be sent.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
