Patient Journey Team Member
- Full-time: 37.5 hours
- Rate of Pay: £10.33 per hour
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Patient Journey Team Member to join our existing Patient Journey/ Admin and Secretarial Team who help, care, support and direct our 10,700 patients to the services they require. This is a fast paced, exceptionally busy and varied role that can make a real difference to both individual patients but also to how the whole practice delivers care.
Hours will be worked over 5 days Monday to Friday, a flexible approach is required to working times. There will be the odd Saturday to work on a rota basis.
